Coconut Tarts

on Tables 6 and 13 Coconut Tarts

Ingredients

1 Stick Butter (melted)

1 Cup Shredded Coconut

1 1/2 Cups Sugar

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Eggs

Pastry Shells - Frozen Foods

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Fill shells... leave about 1/4 inch to top.

Bake 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes until golden brown.
