Ingredients

Yield: About 60

1 Stick Butter

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Cup Flour

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in peanut butter. Stir in egg and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in slowly. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheets. With a floured fork press cookies down slightly making a criss-cross design on top of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
