Almond Crescents

1 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Cups Cake Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

4 Oz. Ground Unblanched Almonds

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

10x Powdered Sugar


Cream butter, add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll out into strings about half the diameter of  your little finger. Shape into crescents. Bake at 300 degrees F, about 20 minutes. While warm roll in 10x powdered sugar.
